Unfortunately, we do not accept returns in the case of a change of mind due to sanitary reasons. We take the hygiene and safety of our products very seriously, and once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that it remains uncontaminated. No, mystery boxes cannot be customized. Part of the fun of ordering a mystery box is the surprise element! Each box is carefully picked at random, ensuring you get a unique and exciting selection of treats every time. Mystery boxes are picked at random each time. Our team takes great care to ensure that each box is filled with a diverse assortment of delicious candies and snacks. While we can’t guarantee specific items, we do guarantee that you’ll receive a delightful mix of treats.


11. How should I store freeze-dried candy?

Freeze-dried candy is best consumed within 7 days of opening to enjoy its optimal flavor and texture. To keep your candy fresh, store it in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Make sure to seal or close the bag tightly after each use to maintain its crunchiness and prevent it from absorbing moisture.

 

12. Can I cancel my order after it has been processed?

We run an automated system that generates and pays for shipping labels once your order has been processed. Due to this, order cancellations will result in a fee of $16.99 to compensate for the cost of the shipping label and restocking. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase to avoid this fee.
